Features
- Accurate low rate flush control insures maximum temperature sensing accuracy
- Constant pressure extends HTP life
- Built in 5 micron filter traps particulates and prevents plugging of the HTP gas passages
- Corrosion resistant, suitable for the severe environments found in sulfur recovery units, incinerators, Pox units, etc
- All stainless steel NACE compliance optional
- Mounts on a vertical surface or 2" pipe stand
- Economical to acquire, install, and maintain
- Labeled connections minimize jobsite errors
- Front mounted instructions encourage correct operation which will maximize HTP life
Application
The Delta
Controls Model HFS flush station is designed to work with the Model
HTP Acid Gas Thermocouple. It
maintains the pressure inside the HTP body at 4.0 PSIG (27.5 kPa) above the
maximum reactor pressure. It also accurately controls the flush gas flow rate
thru the HTP sensor at 0.4 SCFH (190 cc/min). This constant flush sweeps any
penetrating gas atoms or molecules out of the HTP sensor before corrosion damage
occurs and without artificially cooling the thermocouple
element.
